Sea Dream Offshore Charters operates out of the legendary sportfishing town of Hatteras, NC. They specialize in getting groups onto their own dream catch in the deep, rich waters of the Gulf Stream. Once you have locked onto your target, her outriggers will spread your lines far and wide as you troll either live baits or lures.
