Captain Patrick Orosco has been fishing in Texas most of his life and is an expert bow fisherman with a love for the outdoors. He caters his services to anglers of all walks of life, regardless of age or level of experience.

You’re invited aboard Capt. Patrick’s 21’ Tracker center console. This boat is fully rigged with GPS, fishfinder, a wireless trolling motor, a raised platform for shooting, safety gear, and premium bowfishing equipment. She accommodates up to 5 guests and children of all ages are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Lake Amistad is filled with a variety of fish, giving the reservoir much life and allowing anglers to have a field day when targeting some of their favorite species. You’ll have the opportunity to catch Alligator Gar, a prehistoric monster and one of the largest freshwater fish in North America. Coming up close and personal with one of these creatures is truly majestic. Being able to land one is even better!

You’ll be supplied with top-notch bowfishing gear while hunting Gar, as well as other species such as Tilapia and Carp. No prior experience is needed for bowfishing. Your guide and first mate are experts with decades of experience guiding and instructing people on how to use a bow and arrow.

All you have to do is purchase a fishing license before your trip and everything else will be taken care of. Also, feel free to bring snacks and drinks and any other personal items you may need for the ride.
