We had a great time with Captain TJ and his mate, Peter.  Although there were some communication issues about where to meet, we finally got underway and the first spot Capt. TJ selected was a lot of fun.  The fish were almost jumping into the boat (no keepers, through) and a curious dolphin was playing nearby!

Lots of fun, but we wanted to catch some dinner. 

Capt. TJ ran up and down the river looking for the fish, but it seemed like dinner would be coming from the seafood shop instead of the sea. 

Trying one last location near some rocks,  JACKPOT!  My son pulled in a huge redfish that was just shy of “too big”.  KEEPER!  Dinner was saved and that bad boy was more than enough to feed our party of five.  And the only way it could have been fresher is if we cooked it at the boat ramp.

Capt. TJ and Peter were absolutely great, and a lot of fun to be on the water with.  I highly recommend, but be flexible on the time.  He might run a little late, but he might just keep you out a little late, too… and you’ll score that big one at the last minute like we did!

What a fun family outing we had with Captain Tj and his first mate, Peter. My wife, one of our daughters and two of our grandsons went fishing and had a great morning of fishing. We did catch a lot of fish, a couple of keepers, and I caught a HUGE redfish! The Captain and Peter did a really great job with the grandkids and kept the action going, which was really what we were hoping for. I would highly recommend you give these guys a shot.

The kids had so much fun and want to go back.
