KY Lake Crappie Fishing is located in Springville and offers to show you a fun adventure fishing for Crappies in these waters!

Ryan will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in light tackle bottom fishing, jigging, and spinning, all to get you on that Crappie bite. This involves 8-hour trips, where he will help you search and locate these delicious fish. He’s also an expert in fishing electronics and runs two Humminbirds networked together and a Garmin Live Scope. Needless to say, his goal is to put you on some fish.

Your boat for the day will be a 21’ Vexus that fits up to 2 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box and a wireless trolling motor.

When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. Please keep in mind you’ll need to get a fishing license before the start of the trip. You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.

You’ll find free drinks on the boat for your convenience, but you’re always welcome to pack your own drinks and snacks should you want to. Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you’re free to make it a family adventure.

    This trip will cover how to rig up a boat with electronics. How to approach structure with proper boat control. What settings are the best for Live Scope. When to change settings throughout the day. Various tactics that can be used while using Live Scope. This could be pitching to them 40' away when they are spooky or dropping straight down with a long crappie rod. We will be catching and keeping but not 100% focused on catching fish. We will be more focused on how and when to use electronics.

Between the months of February through November, he enjoys doing Crappie fishing in his local waters.
