Are you ready for an adventure? Then book a trip with Misterfish Fishing Charters for an unforgettable experience. Captain Josef Camilleri is looking forward to welcoming you on board and helping you achieve your fishing dreams.
Hop on board his 25’ Boston Whaler. This well-maintained boat can have you and 4 fishing friends wet your lines at once. This vessel has a 300 HP Mercury engine – pair this with the navigational equipment, including fishfinder, and Capt. Josef’s extensive knowledge of the area, and you are sure to be on the fish all day.
Capt. Josef will try his hardest to make sure you catch fish. He knows where to go, and what’s biting best at which point of the year. His trip is great as it gives you full control over what you wish to do – he’ll happily advise to help you get the most out of your time.
If you wish to fish the coast, you’ll head out a maximum of 5 miles, and try your hand jigging for Seabass. For those that want to go a little further, you can troll up to 10 miles out. This will target Mahi Mahi and Tuna. The season for trolling starts from May and lasts up till around December. During May, Albacore is biting around the territorial waters of Malta too.
Deep sea fishing will take you 20 miles out and target Grouper and Red Snapper. Although the minimum age is 13 for trolling and jigging, if you are going deep sea fishing the minimum age is 16. You can also expect to target Cleaver Wrasse (Ruzetta), Blue Spotted Sea Bream (Pagru Par), Pandora (Pagella Hamra), Rainbow Wrasse (Gharusa) and others.
Everything is included in this trip. You’ll use top quality rods and reels, and all of the live bait (when used) and lures are included in the price. Snacks, such as crackers and sandwiches, and soft drinks and water are also included. The fishing license is provided for you.
You just need to book now and bring plenty of enthusiasm along!
