Species like Bluefin Tuna, Haddock, Thresher Shark, Blue Shark, Bluefish, Pollock, Atlantic Mackerel, Cod, Striped Bass, Porbeagle Shark, Mako Shark, and more can be found in these waters, depending on the time of year. During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 30’ Cape Horn center console with room for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Jim will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
