Be ready to dock shoot, saw a lot of fish on the graph but can’t always make them bite.

Justin was great, and we were able to catch several stipers, spotted bass and catfish. he gave us some really great tios too :)

My wife and I took my nephew as a birthday gift on a half day trip with Captain Josh and had a great time. The crappie weren't biting but we caught plenty of perch. Captain Josh was encouraging to our nephew and helped him work on his fishing skills while also making us novices feel comfortable.

My son and I had a great time fishing with Captain Josh. Will definitely be back.

Gave this trip as a gift to my husband and his kids for Father’s Day. They had the best time. Tate was a wonderful guide and made sure they caught some fish. He’s knowledgeable and a great communicator. Can’t recommend him enough!

Captain Tate was early in the water and put us on fish immediately. He is very knowledgeable and you won’t find anyone on Lanier more capable and eager to get you on fish and catching.

Haven’t fished in years. Was great to have Josh as a guide and find those crappies! He definitely knows the lake. Very enjoyable. Will definitely book again and hopefully catch more next time! Thank you Josh —- just what we needed was a relaxing day fishing 🎣

Definitely worth it and we will be back!!! We felt super comfortable as 2 females going. Josh took us where the fish were and even showed us techniques to cast out! He made sure we took fish home! Definitely could have caught more but we opted to cut the trip short because we didn’t dress for the weather. But he was willing to keep going! I definitely will be using him again!!! We had a full day with these guys, what an absolutely great day we had. These guys were great fishermen and awesome to hangout with. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to catch some big fish and have a laid back environment to do it in. I will be going back

Endless effort from Captain Josh putting us on schools of fish in the 100's at each location. Fish just were not aggressive. Great time just the same catching a few fish. Highly recommend Captain Josh and company for a great time!

The fishing trip was amazing! Justin Utterback is a great guide and worked very hard to put us on fish. We all had really great catches! The boat was pristine and the equipment was top notch. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be using Justin again for future fishing trips. Thanks again Justin for all your hard work!
