Capin Phil and his team were professional, honest, and fun to be around!!! Trip started a little slow, but thanks to captain Phil's 43 years of experience, he found us the fish and oh boy when he did, we couldn't keep them off the lines. Great day, great trip, and would definitely use captain Phil and the Lady J again.

Great overall experience. Professional, courteous and friendly. We learned a lot and had a ton of fun. Really memorable for all of us. Fish has never tasted as good as grilled striper you catch 3 hours after your trip! Thank you, Captain John and 1st Mate Jeff!

Captain John and mate Jeff took good care of us today. The seas were a bit rough with a north wind blowing but the captain knew just where to put us for success. We hauled in a number of fish including 3 fish too big to bring home. Overall a great experience. We will be back.

Great time with Captain John and his first mate Ian. Everyone caught something and we brought strippers home for a fresh fish dinner. The kids had a blast and enjoyed everything from reeling the catch in to watching them get filleted. We will definitely be back!

Great 5 hour morning trip. Spent most of the day jigging caught 20 stripers 1 blue and even a crab!

Captain Philip and his first mate, Chris, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was very clean and well equipped. We managed to catch 13 fish this trip. Looking forward to going with them again.

Cape John and 1st Mate Jeff were great! They were both attentive and helpful with the whole trip, and provided the right amount of information and instruction to make sure we got the most out of the morning. We had a great time sport fishing with Captain Philip and Chris! Captain Philip knows where to find the fish! As a group of newbies, Chris is very patient with guiding us and setting up the rods. Captain Philip and Chris are so passionate with what they do! At the end we kept 2 striped bass (both around 30 inches) and 2 bluefish for dinner. Don’t hesitate if you have never tried sport fishing! It’s absolutely fun and exciting with Captain Philip and Chris!

Phil had to work pretty hard to get us on the fish, but his experience, and respect he gets from other captains got the job done. We caught our limit and threw a bunch back. His deckhand Chris was great with all of us too.
