My buddy and I got the opportunity to go out and spend a night slinging arrows with Captain Wylie. We had a blast. He is extremely knowledgeable, fun to be around and of course he put us on a ton of fish. If we were even decent shots we would have filled the boat up but we still had the time of our lives. We saw lots of different fishes and luckily the weather was perfect. I can’t wait to go back out, I am a forever client.

I surprised my husband with this fishing excursion for his birthday. We had a great time. Captain John was very laid back, super cool guy. He cracked a few jokes with us and answered all of my many questions! Even with the winds being high, he made sure to get us to areas to catch some fish. My husband had a blast and I did too being that I’ve never actually caught a fish before. He definitely made this experience enjoyable!

Despite the gusting north winds that started an hour before our trip, Capt Travis was determined to put us on fish and keep us from getting soaked by the waves whenever we moved locations. Although he was able to find the fish, the sudden change in weather conditions made the fish finicky to bite. Even though we didn’t leave with a huge haul, we had an enjoyable time. Thanks Capt Travis!

Excellent service for our group, we had a mix of adults and children (9-13). They had a blast learning about species available in the lake, and even brought back classic dad jokes to share with those who stayed ashore. Graham knew exactly where the fish were! Striper and white bass were very actively feeding. Once you got on them, the bite was fast and furious. They were very intermingled so you never knew if you'd catch a striper or a white bass. Ended up with a good number of keepers: 16 white bass and 3 striper (18"-20") Capitan Bas did a great job of giving me opportunities to catch fish (in spite of some early equipment issues).

Highly recommend Graham, he was great to fish with. He definitely knows his way around Lake Buchanan, and catching fish in general. Not only did we catch a lot of fish, but he clean them fillet them and bag them when we were done. We will definitely use him the next time we want to go fishing again.

Captain Graham is a honorable man. He is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and easy to converse with. I took my son and two nephews and caught a table full of fish. I timed him and he can filet an entire fish in 21 seconds. He even showed us how to throw a casting net. We will join him later in the summer for bow fishing that he offers on his flat bottom boat.

6 of us went with John today and it was a tough day. Cold in the morning and windy windy. Even in the conditions John managed for us to get on fish multiple times before they quit biting for the day. Kids had a blast and we will be sure to reach out to John again for our next trip!

This was by far one of the best guides we have had! We were able to catch plenty of great striper and we tried top water fishing which was a blast! Captain Graham was one of the nicest guides and his boat was very clean! We will absolutely come back just to fish with him again!
