- Born and raised in the Panhandle of Florida, as a young child I ran the river banks in pursuit of anything I could get to sink a cork (bobber), fishing with only a good old cane pole. It wasn't until I was around 12 that I first started to fish for saltwater species. The first time I used a fish the size of my hand for bait and had something eat it, well, I knew it was a type of fishing that I was gonna love. Since that first experience I have cut my teeth on many types of fishing techniques. I have commercial fished for King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Mullet and have spent a many nights offshore fishing for Snappers and Groupers. When I am not fishing, I like to spend as much time in the woods. I have two boys that I spend as much time as possible with, and teach them as much as I can about the great outdoors!!

- My style of fishing!! Well I guess I could say that the best style to me is whatever is working and putting fish in the boat. To me the best part of fishing is catching!!! Some days it comes easy, some days you gotta work for it. Being flexible has always been my best technique.
