Captain Shane tried super hard today to get us a bunch of keepers, but the conditions just weren’t in our favor. Water temp dropped overnight which sent the bigger fish to deeper water. We caught a bunch of fish, just not many keepers. He stayed out extra long to keep trying to get us on so.e better fish. He’s a really good captain who cares that his charters have the best experience as possible. We still had a blast out on the water catching a bunch of fish, just needed to be bigger. That’s why they call it fishing and not limiting. Would definitely go out with him again next time we’re in town!

Capt Shane is great!  He does everything, and does it fluently.  He asked me the day before the trip what I wanted to do…. what do you want to catch?  Anywhere in particular I wanted to go?  How many people in my party?
I feel we had a great day!  It was like therapy on the water, very relaxing(I’m not comfortable on the water).  We caught fish on what I feel was a slow fish day.  We saw dolphins, sharks, and sea rays.  Caught multiple species of fish.  I don’t honestly know what would have made it better.  It was exactly the fishing experience I was looking for.  I would rate the experience a 10 for 10.

Captain Shane did a great job navigating us around the water. He was prepared and is very knowledgeable about fishing. Saltwater fishing was completely new to me as I’m use to fishing on lakes and reservoirs. We got on a lot of trout, catfish, lady fish and a few sharks! I would recommend this style of fishing to any level of fishermen. If you’re use to fishing lakes and don’t want to go way out from the shore this is a great way to spend your morning fishing! Shane was very social and helpful to my buddy and I. I felt like I was fishing with another buddy back at home. Thanks Captain Shane!

Captain Shane is a wealth of knowledge and was very helpful in explaining his approach.  My friend and I are avid fishermen but all of our fishing comes from 30+ years of fishing in the Pacific.  Very different to that of inland fishing in the gulf.  Captain Shane was very knowledgeable in the differences.  I will fish with him again.

My brother and I had a great experience fishing with Captain Shane.  We landed a five foot shark, dozens of sea trout and too many ladyfish to count. Captain Shane is a cool 😎 guy.  I would highly recommend his services too anyone looking to catch dozens of fish and have a great time doing it I hope to use his fishing services on our next trip.
