We had a great time with Captain Eric on our trip. He took us to several different spots in search of our desired catches; we got our limits and had lots of fun along the way. This was a return trip for 1/2 of us and we would absolutely recommend Line Check Charters for any one looking for some time on the water.

Captain Eric was in contact with the other boats and made the decision to stay out of the chop and do our own thing.  He was very knowledgeable and we were on fish within 15 mins after dropping anchor.  He kept us out of the weather and we took home fish.  Our kids and I had a BLAST!  If we are ever back in Galveston I will be booking with Line Check Charter!  Thanks Eric The Conrads

Captain Eric got us out earlier to avoid the heat and wind, which we greatly appreciated.  Once we started fishing, it was pretty much solid action. We caught our limit on red fish, and snagged a shark as well. We stayed until we were too tired to reel in any more and headed back early per our request. Fish were cleaned and even got some cooking tips. 100% recommend. If you’re out of shape, be prepared to hurt a little the next day! Thanks Captain Eric!

My husband & I planned a week stay in Galveston as our 2021 vacation.  I know my husband loves to fish so I booked a private guided fishing trip with Line Check Charters.  Eric, our captain, was the bomb!  He explained all the rules and what we should expect to catch.  He was very personable and just a super nice guy.  We caught our limit and he cleaned and bagged them.  I want my husband and 2 sons to go next time so I will definitely book again.
