We came from a long distance for a summer vacation and was checking out the many charters available on the island and Wild Bill seemed to be what suited us best. They were very easy to talk back and forth and made our trip awesome. He allowed my son to stand up top while we rode to and from the fishing spot. We ended up catching way more than any other charter. The Mate was on top of his game and had the poles ready and made sure to do what it took to land the fish. The best part was when a mahi bitten the bait but spit it out. The captain saw him chase it and the mate was quick to take the pole and make sure the mahi grabbed it again and in turn was the biggest fish of the day. Amazing trip and an amazing experience for every one of us. Be prepared to tip the mate because he will work hard for you and for any children on the boat. Thank you very much!!!

My family and I had a great time fishing with Art and Jerry on Easter. The weather and and ocean cooperated as well as the fish. I especially liked how Jerry explained what the different types of fish were and cut them up into fillets for us afterwards so we could take them to a restaurant and get them grilled for lunch. Excellent recommendation to Geiger Key Marina and restaurant. Perfect place to wind up after our fishing trip. Thanks guys, hope to do it again the next time we are back in Key West.

What a day!!!!

Great day! We were first-timers and can hardly wait to return. The mate (Mason) was so quick and efficient, at one point we were landing fish and having another pole handed to us immediately, and never had to wait for him. There was a lot of seaweed floating, which meant he was constantly cleaning off lures, too. Tip the mates, y’all; that’s an exhausting job! Captain Art is fun and approachable and put us at ease right away. He was very knowledgeable and, even though it was choppy, I never felt at all worried. He is so experienced! Mahi were fun to fight and I caught a 41” barracuda! Amazing experience. I highly recommend Wild Bill Fishing Charters.

We had a pretty good day on the water. We spent most of our time out deep looking for dolphin. We ended up with 9 in the boat. We threw back 3 that were too small. We had two more that got off the line. All smaller fish this go round but still fun reeling then in. We also got a small Jack. We stopped early to do a little inshore trolling and grabbed another half dozen yellow tail. We lost a Grouper. Plenty of action for the day when other boats were struggling. We took our catch to Dante’s for amazing fish tacos! Thanks Art and Mason for getting us on the meat!
