Brummie born but Destin bred - Captain Allen knows these waters and knows how to treat customers. We caught our limit on Snapper (Mingos) and ended the trip by reeling in over 25 Mackerel. This was on a day when many other boats were striking out. Deck hand John was fabulous- always helping and coaching - and he did a great job filleting our haul (haven’t found a single bone in the first 3 of our meals).
My son and I will be back and go with Captain Allen when Red Snapper are in season (June /July). Great value - my son and I were treated very well and we will never forget it.

Not one to write reviews, however had to write one after this morning’s trip with Captain Tyler and John. We came to Miramar Beach for Spring Break from
NC and may have to come back to fish again with them. Very accommodating as our initial trip was scheduled for Tuesday, but based on the conditions Captain Tyler let us know it would not be a good experience. He was able to work us in on Friday morning and it was a trip of a lifetime. Thirty Fish (25 Spanish Mackerel) and one Shark caught will be a lifetime of memories for our family. After your fishing trip take them up on their recommendation of lunch/dinner at Brotula’s where they cook some of your catch. Between the fishing, service, and lunch they deserve more than 5 stars. Look forward to trying to get back to Destin and another day on the water with Always Tight Fishing Charters.

It was the last day of our vacation, and the weather was kind of rough in the morning,  we weren’t sure we would get out on the water.  Fortunately the weather broke, and Captain Tyler took us out!!  There was still a chance that the weather would turn on us so we had an abbreviated trip. This is where having a captain with a lot of fishing knowledge showed it’s worth.  Captain Tyler worked his butt off to get us on the fish, and I am happy to say he did.  When I go fishing in Destin again. I will be using captain Tyler and the Always Tight again!!

Awesome trip! Started out with some rough seas on the day we were supposed to go and Captain Tyler texted and asked if we wanted to change to another day for better weather. We were able to move our plans around and make that happen. This trip was with my wife and two boys who are 10&7. Captain Tyler and his first mate were really good and patient with the boys and made sure that they had an experience that they would always remember. Amazing experience and would highly recommend anyone to fish with Always Tight!! Looking forward to booking again!

Always Tight was great! Could not of asked more of them! Captain Tyler and Kohn were amazing! I took a group of 6 and just watched. I wanted my family to have a good time and I wanted ti experience their joy. My joy was overshadowed by Captain Tyler and John, because that is exactly what their goal was too. Make everyone happy. The boys wanted to spend the last hour for shark. Caught a 7 foot 350 pound bull shark. The boys loved it and tag teamed with each other until we got the shark in! Always Tight made it happen!!!
