- Captain Todd is a certified US Coast Guard Captain and Maritime Officer. "After graduating from the College of Charleston, my love of the outdoors and fishing made it an easy choice to make Charleston SC my permanent home 30 years ago. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for fishing with others. As co-founder of the East Cooper Fishing Club, I share the mission of educating others in the importance of protecting our low country resources for future generations. Most importantly, I am dedicated to making sure your fishing adventure is fun and memorable!"

- I like bottom fishing around structure like docks and oyster beds during low tide. On a medium to high tide I will throw a live bait on a popping cork and float it down grass lines and over bottom structure. I use live bait.
