I set this up for Father’s Day weekend. We thought weather looked bad for the weekend so Capt Jack was nice enough to let us reschedule. The weather was perfect on the new date. Capt Jack was a great guide. He’s friendly and knowledgeable with great equipment. I look forward to our next trip with him.

Look no further.  This is the fishing trip and guide you’re looking for. My buddy and I went fishing the weekend after the hurricane and Jack knew exactly where the fish were based on several different factors. From hour number one we were reeling them in. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.  An added bonus was that we were all veterans fishing and hanging out. I will definitely use Liberty Guide Service and Captain Jack again.

This was my first time meeting Capt. Jack Cooper and you would think we were old friends. He treated me and my 2 sons like we were family he hadn’t seen in a while.
Weather was a bit chilly with a bit of wind that was predicted to subside. My expectations sank as the first spot was just too rough and the wind kept up. My only desire was for each of my 2 sons to catch a fish.  Capt. Jack took us to another spot that was much calmer and the boys had a blast! As my younger son hooked his 2nd fish, I could see the competitive gleam in his older brothers eye and huge smile as he brought in a really nice black drum. I didn’t do so bad myself with a trophy red. We fished until the boys got tired ( or perhaps I pursuaded them).
We went home with some great memories and fish for our freezer.

Captain Jack took us out to Baffin Bay in the Laguna Madre to get some redfish and spotted trout. The boat was really clean and had anything we could’ve needed with plenty of room for all three of us and the captain. Once we got there, he explained what kind of rig and bait we needed to use, so it was cool that we got to learn on our trip, too! Once the bait hit the water, the real fun began! He couldn’t bait our hooks fast enough as we pulled in trout after trout! I think we caught 100 fish, and we got several keepers to bring home, too. Jack was a lot of fun and took the time to get to know us while we were out on the boat. Overall, we had a blast and caught some great fish!

Captain Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful.  I will see him again and recommend him to everyone I know.
