Steve and his mate, Leroy, were wonderful hosts on their boat for today’s fishing trip. We were actually supposed to go yesterday (July 7), but it was too windy to go out. Instead of leaving us hanging, Steve offered for us to join another pair of guys fishing this morning. It worked out very well. We limited out in 5 hours. Also, for those that might be camping at East Harbor State Park, Steve was willing to pick us up from the boat launch.

Had a blast really good charter planning on using again.

We had an outstanding fishing trip Capt Steve and his boat the fishhound. Steve put us on to the walleye all 3 days.

Walleye fishing was great. Although the lake perch seemed to be schooled up they didnt bite real good. Compared to other boats fishing solely for perch we kicked their butts. We caught our walleye limit in right at 70 minutes. Then we started perch fishing and along with yellow lake perch we caught a lot of fish. White perch, white bass, blue cats, channel cats, white bass, small mouth, sheep head,  great day of fishing. Glenn
