We were originally supposed to go a couple of weeks ago and due to weather,  I rescheduled.  He was amazing about rescheduling and it was worth the wait when we did go!  We hit our limits and that’s only because our captain knew exactly where to go.  He had a fun relaxing atmosphere on the boat and his pup Sugar was the absolute BEST first mate!  When we come back to the lake, we will make sure to book with him again!  Recommend 1000%

Captain Steve is really a good fisherman & captain. He knows how to catch fish and makes everything look easy ( even when it’s not).. He’s also got a great sense of humor & very good with people. We had a very good trip with a couple trophy sized catches.. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone out with Steve and can’t wait until the next time. You won’t find a better captain even at double his rates !

Went fishing today with Captain Steve we had a great time. We loved spending time with his co pilot Sugar, Captain Steve was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us locate and catch fish. He took his time we were not rushed and we caught several fish. We would definitely recommend this fishing charter and captain and we will be back! We had a 3 generation span in our group ranging from from 16-70 and we ALL had so much fun. We caught plenty of fish and Captain Steve was a hoot! He instantly felt like family. We’re already planning one more trip for September. I would recommend Fishhound Charters to anyone wanting to catch some fish, have some fun and spend quality time with family or friends.

Went out May 7th. Raining for a while but fishable. Caught about 5 or 6 in morning. After 11 the bigger ones started hitting. Steve was a great Captain. Was very knowledgeable about fishing Lake Erie. Answered every question we had. Had a great time as you can see by the pictures. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. Thanks Steve.
