Captain Joseph is a great captain and fishing guide. He put us right on the fish. My wife caught a huge red snapper on the last day of the season. We also caught a couple of smaller ones. He then took us further out and we caught our limit of mahi mahi. Talk about fun and exciting. My wife and I have talked about offshore fishing for a long time, but had never done it. Captain Joseph was very patient with us, showed us how to bait our hooks and cast. His boat is very well equipped to handle the Gulf and the different fish we caught. He has plenty of rods and reels as well as bait for what the different fish like. We also got up close and personal with a dolphin that was playing right next to boat while we were fishing. When we got back to the dock, he cleaned all of the fish and had them packed in baggies ready to take home. We had a blast and 100% recommend The Fish Frenzy and Captain Joseph.

Capt. Joseph did a wonderful job putting us on the fish even with it being a bit rough on the gulf. Caught our limit of snapper and got a very large trigger fish. He was patient, kind and informative for all aboard. Would definitely recommend fishing with him and if we return to Pensacola we will be fishing with him for sure.

I booked a half-day trip for myself, my son and step-daughter and we had a blast! Captain Joe was courteous, and briefed us on where we would be going. He put us on fish almost immediately and even stopped the boat mid trip to cast at some bonita which we also caught. Tons of Reds, Trigger, and Amberjacks. We had an absolute blast! We will be returning next year and will def book with Captain Joe again! Easily a five-star excursion! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a really great time with Capt. Joseph and Fish Frenzy Charters.  Drop a line, and you had a bite in seconds.. Joseph comes from a family of Charter Captains and is a true Pensacola local. His knowledge and family experience in these waters is second to none.  We caught Red Snapper and Trigger while keeping an eye out for those all too elusive Cobia.  Sun fun and forever memories are the great take always from a wonderful trip.

My husband and I went deep sea fishing for the first time while we were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary in Pensacola! Our experience was nothing short of a great time! Captain Joseph was a really down to earth person, extremely helpful in every way, and very knowledgeable. He was determined for us to have a great time and did his very best to help us catch eveything we could! My husband caught two king mackerel and I caught one king mackerel and a red drum fish, however we caught much much more that we were not allowed to keep due to seasons and sizes. At the end he even filleted and cleaned our catch before we left. All in all, we had a wonderful time and a great first experience!
