70 Inch White Marlin
Although seas are a little rough, the fishing has been pretty consistent. We are experiencing cold fronts, btw, a cold front for us is like 75-79 degrees in temperature! What a cold front do bring is high winds up to 20 knots, affecting the marine conditions. Nevertheless; the bite is on and our guest have been able to catch fish like Big 70 inch White Marlin (Big for it’s kind), besides other species like 30 pound Dolphinfish, Blackfin Tunas and Barracuda. On this particular trip, we where even blessed to see a huge Humpback Whale jumping and slapping it’s tail a few times.
Congratulations to Larry Nelli for releasing his first ever White Marlin and catching your biggest Mahi Mahi yet. May you enjoy your new fishing stories with friends and family for years to come. Make sure you send us a photo of your mount for the wall of your new home at Big Pine Key :).
