Summary

The summertime fishing action continues here in Charleston.  Early morning starts have been the key on the outgoing tides for our anglers. The trout and redfish bite remains strong using traditional poppincorks with select live baits such as menhayden, shrimp and of course mud minnows. Fly anglers are having success using shrimp our baitfish patterns. Taget crusing Fish along weed lines and oyster beds for better success. The Fishing in the Lowcountry will continue to be good for a variety of species throughout the summer. It’s time to get out on the water!
