Winter is coming and the bite is on!
The cooler mornings are here and the big fish are showing their faces! Flows in the river are starting to stabilize at 4500 cfs and the fish are beginning to concentrate which means lots of opportunities at big fish. The fish had a great fall eating eggs and they are now settled in eating small nymphs up to size 20 for the cold weather. This can be the best time of year to get on quality fish all day, its not hot out and the fish are capitalizing on the large hatches of small mayflies and caddis, This November will be one for the books!
