The past couple of nights the gigging has been good with a lot of smaller fish 12.5-13.5 inch range showing up… Gonna make for some good gigging action in the next couple of months once they are big enough. Normal tide level and more sea grass starting to grow made for some very clear water. Tons of finger mullets, pin perch, and glass minnows are starting to fatten the flounders up we’ve been gigging.
Kenneth Pavliska and Boys got on a few flounder and sheepshead on a nice Friday night. We ended their night with a 15 flounder limit, 15 sheepshead limit, and 1 drum!!
1ST TRIP! Kyle Taylor & Group of five. We made it happen with their 25 flounder limit then after went looking for about an hour for sheepshead. We only came across 9 sheepshead and 1 drum before coming in!!
LATE TRIP! John Burleson & Group of 5. Another full box of fish of a 25 flounder limit!Thick fog had set in and we only had to hit three spots to find their limit. Thanks guys for the trips!!
