2019 PESCADORDA BILLFISH CHAMPIONSHIP- COSTA RICA! We have just finished day 1 of the first ever all ladies Billfish Championship here in Costa Rica, the Pescadora Billfish Championship Fishing aboard our 31’ GOOD DAY we have 4 wonderful ladies representing Costa Rica, UK & the Philippines. We hooked 12 Sailfish today from the 12 bites that we had, released 6 of them and were unlucky to lose the others. More importantly we had a total blast with great company & enjoyed our time on the water. 28 Sailfish leads the pack after day 1 & congrats to UNO MAS who won the daily. 18 Sailfish & 17 Sailfish make up 2nd & 3rd. Over 200 Sailfish tagged & released for Gray FishTag Research today! Day 2 tomorrow, wish us luck!
