Captain Tripp Amick grew up fishing and has been on the water offshore fishing since the age of 7. At 25, he started guiding after graduating from Clemson University. He may be one of the younger captains on the water but also one of the most knowledgable and talented. He started participating in offshore tournaments early on in life and averages about 10–12 tournaments a year. He loves sharing his passion and drive with his customers, as well as exchanging fishing stories. Capt. Tripp’s metrics for a successful day are not only how big the catch is, but also if he was able to pass his passion and admiration for the sport down to his customers.
