A day that I will never forget. I booked a half day bcuz we didn’t have the luxury of a full day given we were on a vacation time crunch. However, I took the chance bcuz it was my dads 60th birthday and I was hopeful to give him fishing trip of a lifetime. From the beginning, the Captain and Sam were super friendly and welcomed us on board. As soon as we left the dock, they were quick to set up the rods and started trolling writhing 30mins. A couple hours later, I was starting to lose hope as time was winding down. 2.5hrs later, the reel took off and we had a bite! The first catch was a 25lb Mahi Mahi! Not too long after, WE HOOKED A 70lb+ MARLIN! What are the odds that we would hook such a big prize given that we only booked half a day. Long story short, my dad had the best time ever. They were also kind enough to give us more Mahi Mahi fillet than we asked for. It was a great day.

Aloha J, Mahalo (Thank You) for the 5-star review and recommending us. Glad you had a day you’ll never forget. I enjoyed the detailed write up. Mahalo Again Joe
Fishing started out a little bit slow, but captain Joe and Teoni persevered. After 5 hours we finally got a bite, it came off the hook before we could reel it in but we quickly landed a second within a few minutes and got that one in the boat. We then had a dry spell for a couple hours but then a marlin struck our hook. We fought to reel it in for 45 minutes and got a 100 pound striped marlin for our trouble. The thrill we got from fighting this fish and having our line drag out hundreds of feet. Captain Joe slammed the boat in reverse to give chase, the chair they had made an impossible task a little bit easier, the chair reel and rods were all top notch and in excellent condition. If they did not have the chair sliding apparatus we would still be reeling in that marlin. We had the time of our lives with our family members. The Cabin was air Conditioned with 2 large love seats. The restrooms were very spacious and comfortable. I am over 6 feet tall and had zero problems with room. We highly recommend captain Joe he was very chill and just let us do our thing.

Aloha Robert, Mahalo (Thank You) for the 5-star review and recommending us. I am so happy we were able to catch a nice Stripped Marlin. Mahalo Again Joe
A trip of lifetime. My first and personal best for YellowFin Tuna. 3 of them 40# 80# and #95# (approximate and not accurate weight) and a nice Ono(Wahoo) and a Baraccuda. Teoni put me on the fish and Sam was super helpful taking care of everything on the deck to make sure we landed the fish. Thanks to both of you. I highly recommend. My next trip to Honolulu ,the only thing I will make sure is to charter this boat for a full day trip.
Had a blast with captain joe on the fishing trip. We didn’t catch anything but had three encounters but the fish were just toying with the lures. First encounter was with a marlin and captain said it looked to be 300 plus so that was a little disappointing. The other two encounters I believe were smaller Marlins. Day started with the captain going over everything and explaining the safety equipment and procedures. He was very concerned with safety specially when it came to my daughter. We headed out to attempt get some live bait with no success. We cruised around for the rest of the day and had those three encounters. Sounds boring but I actually enjoyed myself. The breeze and spray of the ocean were very relaxing and after I got used to the swaying of the ship I was relaxed and cozy. I would most certainly go on this trip again for another try at the fish. If you have children though I would not bring them. My daughter was sick sea and slept almost the whole time. Captain warned me about it and made sure I was sure I wanted to take her before we left. I should have listened and you should too and heed his warning if you have a small child with you.

Aloha Walter, Mahalo (Thank You) for the 5-star review and recommending us. I’m happy hear you enjoyed the trip. I was disappointed we were not able to land any of the Marlin but the show they put on was nice. Mahalo Again Joe
The bad news - we didn’t catch anything. The good news - Captain Teoni and Sam made it a very enjoyable experience anyway. They were honest with us before we left, letting us know that the catching hadn’t been good all week, so we had clear expectations that we might come home empty-handed. They were both professional and knowledgeable. And the boat was comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommend!
