2 Dads and theirs sons fully enjoyed fishing with Chino and Jorge they were great guys to be around and they sure put us on the fish, the rest was up to us to catch ‘em up, they were very hospitable, great with the boys and Jorge cleaned the fish perfectly. We had enough fish to eat in a few hrs the second half of the trip he put us on as many large jack crevale as we could catch and a nice rooster fish, the mixed variety really made it a special trip for us all, thx guys.

My wife & I had a wonderful Roosterfish trip with Jose and Jorge. I really wanted a rooster as we can’t catch them in FL, and these guys didn’t disappoint.

They worked hard the entire morning for us and got us on several roosters. They came with the cooler well stocked with food and drinks. We even got to see some humpback whales and sea turtles.

I’ll definitely book my next Jaco, CR fishing trip with Jose & Jorge. They’re top notch!

Booked with Captain Chino the night before for family of 4 full day.  Very easy to do.  Water taxi out to they boat was easy and quick from Herradurra. Chino and Jose were fantastic. I wanted to catch bill fish which they told me weren’t too hot for the prior week but they followed my wishes.  Getting to location took about 1 1/2 hours and the fishing was slow with no action through the morning. I thought that I may have made the wrong decision. When Chino heard a different location on the radio to try, they hustled and got to the new location fast.  From there on we had more success an I could have imagined.  3 sail fish, a beautiful mahi, and as we finished the day - (getting ready to pull the last line!) a blue marlin hit that line.  What a struggle that was!  It was a great day!  The food was simple and delicious.  They had tons of drinks for everyone.  Highly recommended.  Mucho Gusto!

We had a trip of a lifetime with Captain Chino and Jose, we fought a 250+ lb Blue Marlin for over 4 hrs and had a great release. We then immediately hooked and landed a 130lb yellow fin tuna. I couldn’t recommend them more and I’ll be back for sure 🍺🍺. Pura Vita

It was just one of those days where the fish weren’t interested, but Chino and crew did their best to get something to bite including staying out longer, but it just wasn’t our day. His boat was great and the food and drinks were a nice touch. I would definitely book him again as it was nice to be on the water and see the dolphins, turtles and a swordfish.
