Highly recommend riptide charters! This was our first time deep sea fishing and captain Seth and deck hand fisher made it the best first time experience ever! Both men were very open about giving us instructions and making sure we all caught everything we could. If your looking for a fun relaxing day with great people and the chance to catch a lot of fish book with riptide!!!

Our fishing trip on the Riptide was an outstanding trip, the captain and mate, where very experienced very helpful on every part of the trip. There whole goal was to make sure we where on the fish, and are trip was perfect. They definitely achieve everything we expected. We definitely give them a five star rating. Capt Seth and Fisher were great host from the start. Started the trip off 630am meeting up with Seth/Fisher. We booked a 10 hour grouper trip. Boat is little dated but what I expected. Due to bad weather Seth gave option of 8 hour trip not in direction of the storms. We agreed and went out. Fisher went above and beyond as a deckhand all day. We endured pretty rough seas but caught fish. Only suggestion, anyone planning a trip should ask what fish you want to target/what are actually in season. Recommend these guys for anyone wanting a family or serious trip.

My two grandsons, 4 and 5 wanted to catch some Red Snapper. Although they were out of season and had to release them the boys weren’t disappointed. We caught Spanish Mackerel and King Mackerel which was fun also. Overall I was pleased with the trip which was the kids first fishing trip. Fisher, the Deck Hand was fantastic with the kids to make sure they had a good time. I would definitely recommend the Rip Tide.

Caught fish and had a good time. Captain Seth found us spots where we caught a lot of fish. Trolling wasn’t catching very many so we did some bottom fishing and caught more that way. Overall, caught 50-100 fish or so.
