Captain Thomas and Christian were phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and when plans A, B and C didn’t quite produce, we didn’t give up and caught 3 huge roosters, one world class 70 plus pounds! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this adventure to anyone in search of a bucket list rooster fish or big snapper! 100% pay for the full day, we were on fish all day, but we didn’t land any roosters until after lunch. We had planned on a day of rooster fishing.  The captain sent a message the day before saying the bite offshore was a much better bet.  We took his word for it and were on our first sailfish within 20 minutes of lines in the water!

My son and nephew each landed their first sailfish!  Plenty of water and shade were on the boat.

When the bite died we changed tactics and found fish again!  Yellowfin tuna filets graced more than one table tonight due to the effort of a very friendly and helpful captain and crew.

Captain Thomas provided a great experience to us but the cards were not in our favor this day as the wind was blowing 20+mph all day and continuously changed directions. We still had a few small bites but couldnt connect on any large fish. We still had a great time and would have went out again if possible.

Captain Thomas and crew were super friendly and knowledgeable. Within the first 10 mins we were already on a rooster fish! After that it was pretty much fish after fish. If one spot died down, the captain would move us to the next. All in all had a great time!!!

Excellent time with Bahia Rica!  We originally had a half day near shore booked and we had an excellent time with the crew. We had two young boys that had an excellent time and wished the tour would continue. We ended up booking them for a tour to a Tortuga Island the next day followed by a full day off shore after that.

We loved our time with this group and would happily book with them in the future. Thank you Bahia Rica!
